2 serving fresh cod 250g (by RUARUGBYNUT2) 1 cup Cilantro / Coriander, fresh - 1/4 cup (4g) (by CORNEDHASH) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp ^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5 (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 1 lime yields Lime Juice 1 tbsp Nutiva organic extra virgin coconut oil
Method
Place all ingredients in a thermomix or food processor and blend until well combined
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the coconut oil
Ladle the fish cakes into the pan and cook until golden brown
Serve with steamed greens and citrus
