Shrimp with green apple salsa

Ingredients
16 oz Shrimp, cooked 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) .25 tsp Paprika .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .33 cup, chopped Scallions, raw .25 tsp Salt 1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Salsa: combine 1 1/2tsp oil, 2tsp lime juice, diced onion, diced pepper , diced apple and salt.
Shrimp: combine 1tbsp oil, 2tsp lime juice, cumin, paprika and red pepper. Put shrimp and spice mixture in zip lock bag, seal it. Leave it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat skillet over high heat, add shrimp (discard marinate) cook 2 min per side or until done.
