Seafood stirfry

Ingredients
300 grams Shrimp, cooked 200 grams Scallops, raw 5 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded 3 large Onions, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 6 tsp Becel Light 50% lighter calorie reduced margarine 1 tsp Garlic 6 tsp worchester sauce (by LOSEWAITG)
Directions
Saute onions med heat in 2 tsp butter until slightly cooked. Add mushrooms and 2 tsp butter. Saute 4 minutes add broccoli slaw. Saute for four minutes, add worchester sauce and continue to saute until slaw is cooked to desired consistency. I like mine still a little crunchy.

In a separate pan heat 2 tsp butter add garlic (to taste) and place seafood. Saute until cooked.

Add seafood to Slaw mixture and cook for two minutes.
