Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 cup Flour, white 3.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh .75 cup, chopped Walnuts 6 oz Milk, Fat Free, Skim
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use Pam with Flour to grease 5"x9"x3" loaf pan.
Blend all ingredients using mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds scraping sides.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Remove from pan and serve warm or cool.
