Banana and chocolate loaf

Ingredients
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 185 gram(s) Coels self raising flour (by ERCOLE@) 185 gram(s) CSR Caster Sugar (by IM0RTAL) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Milk, 3.25% 100 gram(s) Chocolate, dark cooking (by CTEMPLE) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Combing mashed banana and sugar together.
Add eggs, milk and oil.
Stir in flour.
Fold in grated chocolate.
Pour into loaf tin and bake at 180C for 40 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
