Ingredients
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Blend all ingredients into a batter. Coat pan with cooking spray, oil or butter. Heat pan to medium high heat. pour a fifth of the batter into pan and cook until browned on bottom and edges are set. Flip pancake and cook on the other side until desired brownness. Makes 5 thin pancakes.
