Icy Gazpacho with fresh Lime

Ingredients
1 lg red bell pepper2 lg tom or 6 plum tomatoes (1 lb)1 lg cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded1/2 med yellow onion1 c tom juice1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro, no stems1/4 c balsamic vinegar2 Tbl fresh limeSalt pepper to taste
Directions
broil pepper and take skin off.
chop onion, tom and cucumber
put aside 1/3 of each
put rest in blender and blend.
blend in pepper
add vinegar, cilantro and tom juice
chill
