Ingredients
elbow macaroni, 4 cupshard boiled eggs, 5celery, 2 stalksonion, 1/4 cuppickle relish, 2 tbsp.Mayo, Hellman's light, 1 cupyellow mustard, 1/4 cupsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings. Cook macaroni by package instructions. Hard boil eggs. Chop celery, onions, eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix together while macaroni is warm. Refridgerate and serve cold.
