Mom's Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Flour, white 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 stick Butter, unsalted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1 cup Milk, 1% 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Melted butter and let cool. Combine dry ingredients in batter bowl. Whisk eggs into butter and add to dry ingredients along with milks and vanilla. Stir until combined but do not overbeat. Cook on preheated non-stick griddle. Keep warm in oven until you've finished the whole batch then call the hungry gang into the kitchen.
