Bacon Mini Quiche

3 fresh large eggs1/4 cup whole milk1/4 cup cheddar cheese3 slices cooked bacon, or ham2 tbsp butter3 slices whole wheat bread
Makes 12 mini quiches
Preheat Oven to 350
Cut the bread with round biscuit or cookie cutter into circles, and press into greased (use butter) mini muffin tin. These will be your crust so try to make cup shaped. Use brush to butter the tops of the circles of bread.
Dice bacon and combine to egg and milk, beat slightly.
Using a tablespoon pour egg mixture into the bread cups. Bake for 15 minutes and Voila!
