Tofu Loaf

Ingredients
* Tofu, firm, .75 block * *Oatmeal, Arrowhead Mills Oat Flakes, 1 cup * Baked beans, plain or vegetarian, 1 cup * Barbecue Sauce, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Mash the tofu, add the oatmeal,baked beans and barbeque sauce mixing well. Turn into a loft pan and bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let cool for 5 minutes, cut into 6 slices and serve.
Can also be served cold.
