Low Carb Low Fat Coleslaw

Ingredients
8 cups Cabbage, fresh, chopped 2/3 cup Buttermilk, Fat Free Cultured1/3 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise1/3 cup Splenda Spoonful2 1/2 T Rice Vinegar2 T Lemon Juice1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
Mix all dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour over cabbage and toss well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Makes 8 one cup servings.

    I liked it with much less Splenda. Otherwise too sweet. I've made it with buttermilk and without. I've used fat free half & half instead when that was all I had and added a little extra rice vinegar. - 7/16/11
