Tuna Guacamole Wrap

1 haas avocado, ripe, peel and pit removed3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1/4 tsp salt0.5 Tbsp lime juice1 6oz can chunk light tuna in water, drained1.5 tsp canola oil1 Tbsp vidalia onion, chopped finely3 Tbsp red bell pepper, chopped finely3 leaves red leaf lettuce3 flat-out light wraps (plain)
Makes 3 wrap sandwiches.
1. Make guacamole by mixing avocado, cilantro, garlic, salt, and lime juice in a bowl. Mash with fork until mostly creamy.
2. Mix tuna, onion, bell pepper, and canola oil in separate bowl.
3. For each sandwich, place a lettuce leaf on top of the flat-out wrap. Add 1/3 of the tuna mixture and 1/3 of the avocado mixture to one side of the center of the wrap. Roll up.
