Homemade beef jerky

Ingredients
2 tsp Jerky Blend Seasoning 20 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1.5 tsp Curing Salt 2 fl oz Water, tap (to activate curing salt)
Directions
Combine ground beef, jerky seasoning, curing salt, water. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. before using mix well again. Using jerky gun make strips about 4 inches long and dehydrate in food dehydrator approved for drying meats for approximately 7 hours or until done. Rotate trays every 2 hours and blot any excess oil from top of meat. When done blot again before storage. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month.
