Blueberry/Applesauce muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup instant oatmeal1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup + 2T flour1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/4 cup applesauce1 egg white
Directions
Mix the wet ingredients together first and the dry in a seperate bowl. Mix together and fold in blueberries. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.

    Maybe it was me? Recipe does not indicate how many blueberries to use. I used about a cup plus. The dough was too dry. Needs more moister. It would make a good lowfat cobbler. Really not muffin like. - 7/28/08

    I used whole wheat flour, splenda brown sugar, added some flax seed, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla and these came out really tasty-pretty darn good for snacks!! - 6/3/08
