Ingredients
1 lb. Package Turkey Breast Cutlets (5)0.5 cup Sargento Light Ricotta4 Italian tomatoes, slicedBlack Olives 5 jumbo sliced2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim .25 tsp Salt1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray then add the cutlets in a single layer. Season with salt and italian seasoning. Divide ricotta evenly and spread on the cutlets. Next, add the olives and tomato slices. Drizzle on the olive oil and top with the mozzarella. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Serving size: 1 cutlet
