Mexican Gravy

Ingredients
1/4 cup I can't believe it's not butter1/3 cup flour1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 cup chili powder (this is the correct amount!)1 tsp oregano1/4 tsp cumin3.5 cups fat-free chicken broth1 (12 oz) can no salt added tomato sauce
Directions
In a large non-stick frying pan, melt the butter.

While butter is melting, mix all dry ingredients and add slowing into the melted butter being sure to stir constantly.

Add the chicken broth and stir until smooth and bubbly, then add the tomato sauce.

This will be thick and is best if served a bit warmed.
