Banana Split Smoothie

Ingredients
0.5 cup sliced bananas0.5 cup sliced strawberries0.5 cup chunk pineapple0.5 cup chocolate frozen yogurt**0.5 cup skim milk
Directions
Put all items in blender and blend till smooth, use less milk for thicker shake, and more milk for thinner shake.

** Chocolate yogurt may be substituted, instead of frozen yogurt.

*** I always slice my fruit up and freeze them, so that the shake is colder, and thicker, when blended. I freeze mine, already measured, so that I can just grab a bag, blend and go... (When freezing fruit, soak in lemon juice and water, and remove all air before freezing, to prevent discoloring of fruit).

A very satisfying treat.
