Chocolate Cherry Goji Energy Bar

1 cup Walnuts 1.5 cup Almonds 7, pitted Medjool dates 1 cup Goji Berries1.5 tsp Vanilla.25 tsp Cinnamon2 cup Dried Cherries .5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened (or use cacao nibs)water
In food processor blend walnuts and almonds. Add dates, berries, vanilla and cinnamon and blend until clumps form. Add Cherries and cocoa/cacao. Blend until mixed.
Test to see if mix will stick together. If necessary, add water 1 tsp. at a time. Line 8x8 pan with wax paper. Dump mix into pan and press to compact. Cut into six columns and rows to make 36 bars.
