Whole grain blueberry pancakes or waffles

Ingredients
2 c whole wheat flour2 tbsp whey protien powder2 tbsp ground flaxseed1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 c. buttermilk1 egg2 Tab olive oil1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce1/4 c. pure maple syrupoil for cooking
Directions
Mix all ingredients and cook up as pancakes in a skillet or as waffles in a waffle iron. It makes about 2 waffles and I consider 1/2 waffle to be a serving.
