Spaghetti Squash, Shrimp and Parmesan

Ingredients
1 large Spaghetti Squash = approx. 6 cups cooked1 lb. of cooked shrimp, tails removed and ready to eat 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp Salt 3 cloves of garlic chopped, minced or crushed1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Bake squash until tender. With a fork carefully remove squash - set aside. Mix oil, salt, Italian seasoning and minced garlic in a bowl. Coat shrimp with oil mixture and bake or fry until heated thoroughly. Add to warm squash and toss with parm cheese.
