2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 tbsp Butter, salted 0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 cup chopped Brocolli raw 2 cup chopped Cauliflower, raw 1 cup cooked elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched 1 tsp garlic powder
Make roux with butter and flour in sauce pan. Set aside. cook broccolli and califlower in broth for 10 mins. Remove Cauliflower. Puree broccoli in broth with a food processer. Add Parmesan Cheese, garlic powder pepper with puree to the roux in sauce pan. whisk until thick. Add cooked Cauliflower and macaroni pour into casserole dish bake 350 for 30 mins.
