Butternut Squash Chili

Ingredients
2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 1.5 cup Beans, black .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp (by MDHARVILLE) .67 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 tsp Chili powder .25 tsp paprika, smoked (by PFLEEG) .25 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
Saute squash, onion, and garlic in olive oil over med-low heat for 5 minutes. Add 1 can petite diced tomatoes and 1 can black beans, plus 1/2 cup water. Add spices. Simmer for 20 minutes. Top with avocado and 2 Tbsp cilantro.
