Ingredients
8 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 100 grams Portabella Mushrooms 2 cup Seeds of Change Quinoa and whole grain brown rice with garlic - microwave bag 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Directions
Brown ground beef in large skillet. Slice and saute mushroom in butter in a separate pan. Cook Seeds Of Change Quinoa and Brown Rice according to package directions in microwave. When all are cooked, add mushrooms and grains to beef and stir to combine.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings about 1 1/2 cups each
