Carrot, Cabbage, Beet, and Apple Raw salad

Ingredients
1 cup Beets, fresh 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 1 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 lemon, juiced 2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Grate carrots, beets, cabbage, and apple and put in bowl. Mix together Apple Cider Vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil until combined. Pour over grated vegetables and mix until well combined.
