Cheddar Halibut Bake

2 cups of Cheddar Goldfish crackers1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup mayonnaise1 pound uncooked halibut1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese[Optional] Add a packet of Ranch Dressing Mix to the sour cream and mayo. It makes for a great flavor.
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a small bowl. Put goldfish in a bag and crush into crumbs.
Clean halibut and cut into 1" x 1" squares. Coat fish in cream mixture, coat in goldfish crumbs and place in a 9" greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until done. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese on top and turn off the oven. Let cheese melt and dish is ready to serve.
