Pork Chops with Honey Garlic Sauce

4 chop, excluding refuse (yield Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw .25 cup Lemon Juice .25 cup Honey 2 tbsp Great Value Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce (by DOPKIGIRL) 1 clove Garlic
1. In a small bowl combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, and garlic; set aside.
2. Place a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145 degrees. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add sauce mixture in pan. Cook over medium heat for 304 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with chops.
