0.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry .6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 serving Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Protein-Vanilla (by JENNJENN00) 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter
Directions
Heat oats, water, protein powder, cocoa powder, and a dash of salt to a boil. Cook 1 minute. Serve in bowls. Place peanut butter on top. Enjoy.
