Ingredients
8 serving Silly Zak's Gluten Free Pie Crust (1/8 of pie) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 4 serving Cabot Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese - 1 oz. .5 cup Great Value Lactose Free Fat Free Milk 3 serving Farmland Bacon - 2 slices (thin) .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground .5 cup Greek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat
Directions
Cut bacon into small pieces and cook in a hot skillet, remove and drain. Set aside to cool.

Whisk eggs, egg whites, yogurt, milk, nutmeg, and cubed or shredded cheese in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cooled bacon.

Pour egg mixture into crust, bake 350 for 45-50 minutes

Serve with a green salad or mixed fruit.
