1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 150 grams Brown Sugar 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 3 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat Flour (by VIXEN2188) 0.7 cup Bob's Red Mill Spelt Flour, Organic, Whole Grain (by KEL_MB) 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 cup Oats, Quaker
mix bananas with egg, sugar, ,almond milk, oil, & vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, mix until blended.
bake at 350 for 45-55 mins, checking often due to oven temps being different.
