Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
2.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup Gravy-McCormick Brown Gravy0.25 cup Sour Cream2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked1.0 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cook rice. Cut up chicken into either strips or cubes. Saute with mushrooms and onions. When chicken is cooked through add brown gravy and simmer. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over rice.
