Banana Protein Muffins

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 6 large Egg white, fresh 1 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz) 1 cup, dry, yields Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, cooked with water 3 serving Pure Protein Powder - Vanilla Creme - 1 Scoop (by JUSTICEROX) 48 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking 2 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin or use silicone or foil liners (not paper, they will stick). Spray liners if using.
Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Divide mixture evenly between the 24 muffin cups.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 24 muffins
