Creamy Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients
3 small to medium sweet potatoes1 tbsp. reduced calorie maple syrup1 tbsp. reduced calorie butter spread, melted1.5 tbsp. Splenda Btroown Sugar blend1 tbsp. fat free half and half (optional)1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Place sweet potatoes on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until skin is shriveled. In a small bowl, combine syrup, melted butter spread, cinnamon and sugar. When potatoes are cool to handle, scoop the insides into a bowl (mash with the skin for extra fiber). Add syrup mixture. If too thick, thin with half and half.
