Ellie's Lemon Butter Sauce

2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 12 grams Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 22 grams Lemon Juice 12 tbsp hellmans mayo
Melt butter in saucepan.
Remove from heat, stir in flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Gradually blend in water and mustard.
Cook over medium heat stirring until thickened.
Add lemon juice (zest optional)
Remove from heat
Serving Size: Makes 21 Tablessoons or 1.33 Cups
