Skinny Chicken Parm

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breast (cut in half long ways)2 cup Barilla - Basilico Tomato & Basil Sauce 2 cup Cheese, Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Italian, Shredded2 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tsp Pesto sauce, Basil, Barilla
Directions
Cut chicken breast in half long ways, then pan sear with 2 Tbs of olive until golden brown.

in a baking dish pour in 1 1/2 cups of pasta sauce , the add about half of ricotta in dollops along the center of the pan. Then place chicken on top of the ricotta

put a tsp of Peso on each piece of chicken and spread on top. add the rest of the ricotta and sauce on top and then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

bake in the over at 350 for about 20 miutes
