6 med tomatoes1 cup white rice1 cup sliced zucchini1 cup chopped parsley3 tbsp oilive oil1 glass white wine1 tspn salt and pepper1/4 cup feta cheese
Cut /slice top of tomato and keep top,
Scoop out tomato flesh.
Blend in blender half of tomato flesh, zucchini, parsley.2tbspn oilive oil and salt and pepper and mix. add rice and feel tomatoes.
place in pyrex bowl and blend rest of tomato flesh with wine and 1 tbspn oilive and pour over tomatoes..
bake in oven at 200C for 60min
