Ingredients
1 tsp Cumin seed 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 fl oz Lime Juice 1 cup, shredded Cabbage, red, fresh 1 flowerets Cauliflower, cooked 0.25 cup Cilantro, Fresh Chopped 3 serving La Tortilla Factory Hand Made Style Corn Tortillas--White Corn (1 5" tortilla) 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 tsp Chili powder
Directions
Saute chickpeas with cauliflower in olive oil,
let the pan cool slightly and add lime juice, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder.

Shred cabbage, mince cilantro
toast tortillas and assemble tacos
