Granola with Chia seeds and coconut oil, 1/4 cup

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt0.75 cup Coconut Oil0.5 cup (not packed) Raisins1.0 cup, chopped Pecans2.0 tbsp Honey2.0 tbsp Maple Syrup0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour4.0 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas3.0 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats4.0 tbsp coconut flakes sweetened 2 Tbsp
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, except raisins and coconut. Melt coconut oil and whisk together with maple syrup and honey. Pour over dry ingredients and spread on a large baking sheet. Bake 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Add raisins during last 20 minutes. When done, do not stir right away, sprinkle with coconut and cool and baking sheet. Serving Size: 1/4 cup
