1-Carb Rosemary Cloud Bread

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (separated)3 tbsp Cream Cheese .25 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Rosemary, dried (optional)

Preheat oven 300 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper
In medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, egg yolks and honey together until smooth. In a second bowl, add the baking powder to the egg whites and beat on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg white into the egg yolk mixture. Quickly spoon the mixture into 8 to 0 even circles on the prepared sheet pan and sprinkle with rosemary (optional) Bake for 17 to 20 mins on the middle rack. Broil for 1 min, until the bread have become golden brown
