LowCarb Pasta Salad with Salami, Mozzarella, Tomato

Ingredients
Dreamfields Low-Carb Elbow Pasta (dry weight, 5 net carb), 8 oz dry, cooked according to package directions in salted water and well drainedOlive Oil, 9 tbspRed Ripe Tomatoes, 16 cherry, halvedBusseto Dry Salami Herbes de Provence, 8 oz, diced Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long), thinly sliced Fresh yellow peppers, 2 large, ribs and seeds removed, cut into thin stripsMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz, dicedOregano, dry 1 tsp, or fresh minced 1/4 cupSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the pasta and drain well; toss in bowl with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Let cool to room temperature stirring occasionally.

Add the rest of the ingredients, toss gently. Serve immediately or refrigerate until well chilled.
