28.3 grams Portabella Mushrooms .25 serving 1 cup onion chopped (by KAYLCEY) 1 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips .25 cup Zuccini Squash 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) .5 tbsp Butter, Organic Valley Cultured Unsalted (by PATSYEDWARDS56) .25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 1 dash Pepper, black .25 tsp Turmeric, ground
Chop the vegetables.
In a nonstick skillet place the butter and heat it in medium, until melted.
Place the chopped vegetables, add the Turmeric, black pepper and Mrs. Dash. Cooke them until soft.
Add the Egg- beaters, spreading evenly over the vegetables. Let is set and carefully flip it over.
Enjoy this healthy dish for breakfast.
