Tuna Cakes

Ingredients
One 6oz. can Tuna (in water) drained (yields approx. 5 oz. tuna)8 honey wheat pretzel rods (1oz.)-crushed1/4 c. Egg Beaters (2oz)crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)paprika (to taste- about a TBS)dill weed (to taste)garlic (2 tsp)celery seed (to taste)splash of lemon juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Form into patties and cook on a skillet sprayed with cooking spray until browned on both sides.
