Directions
Carrots-choppedOnion-choppedCelery-choppedFleischmann's Olive Oil Spread, 1 tbsp (remove)flour-tlb spoon or so-I used whole wheatsalt, pepper, dash or soThyme- tsp-Sage-tsp or soMilk, canned, evaporated, nonfat2 cans Tuna-drainedPillsbury Biscuits-4
Saute onions, celery, carrots in the Fleishmann's spread or any other type.
Add the flour and stir to incorporate into veg mix.
Add the can of milk to the mixture and simmer until thicken.
Add the spices and tuna and simmer for a few more minutes.
Spray a deep dish pie pan and pour the tuna mixture into.
Roll out the biscuits to lay on top to make a nice crust.
Bake at 350 until the biscuits are done to a golden brown on top.
This is just a nice quick easy meal and makes 4 servings.
You could add a potato, green beans, peas also, and make it more hearty. Also you could use Chicken but I like the Tuna as something different. I love a pot pie but the store ones are loaded with fat.
