1 small banana1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks1/2 cup of skim milk1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt4 ice cubes2 or 3 packets of artifical sweetener to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
Makes 2 servings (Approx 9 oz each)
