Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 C Instant Oats1/2 C whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking powder1TBSP wheat germ1/4 tsp baking soda1 egg1TBSP vegetable oil1/4 tsp vanilla extract1C skim milk
Directions
Mix all wet ingerdients together them add in the dry. Mix well together. Spoon onto hot skillet or griddle. Turn pancakes when the edges get little bubbles. Makes about 8 6" pancakes.
