Spinach Pudding

Ingredients
2 10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry2 cups fat free cottage cheese2 cups shredded swiss2 eggssalt and pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well, place in casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cooking time and temperature can be adjusted to whatever else you're baking. :)
