Ingredients
32 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 16 oz Colby Cheese 3.25 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce 12 serving Mission Yellow Corn Tortilla
Directions
Brown turkey, drain. Add taco seasoning to meat. Set aside. Layer ingredients beginning with enchilada sauce, tortilla, ground turkey, cheese, repeat. Makes 2-3 layers. Bake at 350 for 15 min or until heated through. Serving Size: Makes 12 3" squares
