Pineapple SCD gelatin

Ingredients
16 oz Dole Pineapple Juice 100% juice 1 serving Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored Beef Kosher serving size 2 Tbs (12 g) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Place a cup of cold water in dish and sprinkle with gelatin. Being second cup of water to boil. Combine with gelatin mix and stir until well mixed. Add pineapple juice, divide into 1/2 cup containers, and chill until set. Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
