0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.25 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup Granulated Sugar4.0 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar20.0 tbsp Nutella1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.5 cup maranatha coconut butter
Preheat oven to 350, combine sugar and butter. Then add banana, applesauce and vanilla mix well and add dry ingredients. Once well incorporated spread evenly between two greased and floured pans and bake 15 minutes. Mix up frosting next, give or take a little on ingredients to taste, can add butter for a more spreadable frosting. Frosting is not fully vegan unless substitute for nutella. Once cakes cool for 5 minutes in pan flip to wire rack and cool completely before frosting layers.
