Crockpot Chinese Ribs

Ingredients
3-4 lb. pork ribs 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup orange marmalade (or apricot preserves) 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 (or more!) garlic clove, crushed
Directions
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic. Brush all over the ribs. Place in a slow cooker/Crock Pot and pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on LOW at least 10 hours, (or if you like the meat falling off the bones, cook for 12 hours). "ENJOY"!!

    My whole family loved this recipe! I only had to cook them for 5 hours on low in my big crockpot and they were fully cooked and so tender. I'm glad I checked on them because after 10 hours they would have been burned. - 9/1/11
